HealthAll Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01-08-2024

1. Cancellation by Attendees If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at info@sdpromomedia.com no later than 45 days before the event start date. Cancellations made before this deadline will receive a full/partial refund.

2. Cancellation by HealthAll If HealthAll cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

3. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the cancellation request and will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Registrations Registrations made within 45 days of the event date are non-refundable.
